A male patient, 78 years old, had arteriosclerosis obliterans of the lower extremities, accompanied by gangrene. Multiple arterial segments were visualized with stenosis in whole-body subtractionless CS-WBMRA images (A–E, arrows). The left internal carotid artery, left femoral and popliteal arteries had complete occlusion; bilateral calf arteries had severe stenoses, accompanied by multiple collateral circulation with small vessels; right internal and external carotid arteries, and bilateral internal iliac arteries had moderate-to-severe stenoses
